Friendly staff, good cocktails, good bar food. We sat outside w lots of umbrella provided shade. If you want to sit outside at happy hour/dinner time, get there early. Our server was training new staff and they were both fantastic. We got a bunch of appetizers to share, all tasty. The blood orange Rita block tail was a big hit. Live music started around 7. At that time, it seemed like our server may have been moved inside, but still gave excellent service.
After dinner, we had a drink at the bar. Jessie gave friendly, quick service, and made us feel right at home -- excellent service!
Decided to stop here to try a new restaurant out. My boyfriend and I were super pleased!! We sat at the bar and got a couple appetizers and drinks. My espresso martini was super good. We got the buffalo chicken Stromboli and I've been craving it ever since! Def coming back to try out the rest of the menu!
Roberts Block is a great find. Very attractive atmosphere , just enough background noise, food excellent. Pricing fair. Definitely a go to place. Roast chicken platter prepared well. Beet salad had bright, fresh flavors . We will return again and again.
A great spot to check out if you want to explore a restaurant outside of center-city Philadelphia. Its location near the Glenside train stop is super convenient. I recommend the charcuterie platter.
